Theres a new scene when you can lay her on the table when shes passed out. I'm not sure if you have to do anything specific in order to unlock it but it's been there ever since the new update for me

How can i record 4th video. Still stuck there. I can't place camera while they 're together. And still stuck on making another porn video with the pharmacist. I can't find the option while on the studio on 20:00 and when talk to her on 14:00
